The move toward e-commerce is permanent, according to executives.

In a world turned upside down by the pandemic, Procter & Gamble just may have the best of all worlds. The  surge in interest in cleaning has lifted detergent and hard surface cleaner sales, and stay-at-home consumers are very much into their skin, which is great for Olay—in the US anyway.
